Special cups are placed on the body to create suction, the cups can be moved around or stay in one position for a few minutes. It's typically done while the mother-to-be is lying on her side, supported by pillows for comfort and safety. Certified prenatal massage therapists have specialized training to ensure the safety and well-being of both the mother and the baby during the massage.
