Can I Claim on my health fund?

Yes! Providing you are covered for remedial massage in your policy. We have a HICAPS machine available too for on the spot claiming. Please note cupping can not be claimed.

Can you treat chronic pain?

Chronic pain is seen as pain that has persisted for longer than 3 months. Massage therapy can help alleviate pain and symptoms of pain. After the initial consultation and treatment your therapist will be able to then strategize a personalised treatment plan or refer you on if further treatment is necessary. (Scans, physiotherapy, chiropractic care etc).

What do I wear to the treatment?

What ever feels comfortable for you to the appointment, during the appointment only necessary items of clothing will need to be removed. Hygiene is a very important factor within any clinical environment. Underwear must be worn at all times. 

Is there parking?

Parking is available at the hospital itself, 0-1 hour is free  1-3 hours is $4.00. Alternatively you can park across the road in chapel Lane or St Michaels Place for free.

Where are you located within the hospital?

We are located on the main reception level. When you get into the hospital you will see the main reception, directly next to this is a hallway, walk down the hallway and we are the first suite on the left (suite 2).
