FIRST CHOICE REMEDIAL THERAPY
First Choice Remedial Therapy is a boutique clinic located in the heart of the Hills District. We provide both in-patient and out-patient services, at the Hills Private Hospital.
Our services include remedial, sports, and lymphatic massage, as well as cupping therapy, all tailored to support recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing.
We are committed to delivering high-quality care, with every treatment individually designed to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

KAYLA WILDE
Director and Head Massage Therapist
Kayla is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, having completed her studies at the Australian Institute of Fitness in February 2017. Following her graduation, she went on to establish First Choice Remedial Therapy, where she has built a strong reputation for delivering results-driven care.
She is deeply passionate about supporting her clients in pain management and injury rehabilitation, helping them move better, feel better, and ultimately improve their overall quality of life.
Throughout her career, Kayla has had the opportunity to work with elite athletes, including NRL teams such as the Melbourne Storm, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Parramatta Eels, and Gold Coast Titans, as well as the AFL’s GWS Giants.

Tuesday: 12pm - 8:30pm
Wednesday: 8am - 4pm
Thursday: 12pm - 8:30pm
Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
